We also spent 11 1/2 years in litigation, which finalized in Federal Court. The US Government said that "Electronic Tweezer Devices" that are advertised on T.V. or in national magazines, can not use the word PERMANENT. (Decision made by Federal Trade Commission, Administrative Judge K. Hyan - Docket No. 9200)
